Children's worship is a time especially designed for out two to six year olds.
Held during our Sunday morning assembly. Children's worship provides our young children
with the opportunity to learn a specially designed Bible lesson that is geared toward
their abilities and attention span. The program begins, proper to worship with the "Children's Moment",
where the children gather at the front of the auditorium to sing a song or two. After communion service in the
auditorium they are taken to the colorful Children's Worship room at the end of the west hall for
their special time. There, led by dedicated teachers, the children learn a Bible story and then
participate in activities that help reinforce what they have learned. They will also create a "take
home" project that will further help them to remember the lesson of the day

It is the aim of Children's Worship to provide our young children with an opportunity to learn
Bible stories and begin to develop an understanding of how these lessons apply to them. This is
one of our most successful programs at Hillcrest due to the excitement of both kids and parents.
